Common cushioning materials include various types of cushioning agents such as foam sponge and air caps. However, these products cannot be used in cleanroom operations due to residues from the foaming agents used in the manufacturing process and the leakage of air from within the bubbles when they burst. In contrast, this product does not use any foaming agents during manufacturing, preventing dust contamination from "residues of foaming agents." Additionally, unlike typical antistatic materials (colored pink or blue), it provides long-term antistatic effects. Furthermore, unlike regular antistatic products, the antistatic agents do not bleed (precipitate) to the surface and cause dust. Being a low-VOC (volatile organic compound) product, there are no concerns about metal corrosion or fogging. Of course, there is also no "smell specific to foamed PE foam" caused by chemical foaming agents. It is used in various applications as a "clean ESD countermeasure cushioning material" that requires stable static electricity control.
